Ken Ravn Hedegaard is a Dane born in Copenhagen. He is a fully qualified archeologist from the University of Copenhagen, from which he graduated in 1991. His focus was already then on prehistoric Bronzes – and his methods of work and research are along the lines of Experimental Archeology.
In 1995 he founded Ravn Forhistorisk Støbeteknik as an independent private archeological institution. He lives with his wife Dagmar and their son Ingmar in the hamlet of Kliplev in southern Jutland in Denmark. No pets – but Ken drives a Fiat.
